mCPR was founded in 2012 by Monika Condrea and is located in New York City.
With more than 20 years of experience, Monika Condrea occupies a unique role within the art community with some of her specialties encompassing art production, curatorial coordination and book making. Her combination of creative and business skills – including expertise in marketing, promotion and publicity – have enabled her to forge strong relationships within the art, photography and fashion industries, where she collaborates on many levels with artists, institutions, galleries, art critics and journalists.
Monika Condrea graduated from the City University of New York with a degree in International Business. She has managed the New York office of Parkett, overseeing the production, marketing and sales of artist editions by Marilyn Minter, Laura Owens, Richard Prince and Thomas Demand, to name only a few. She was Head of Development at Swiss Institute, a New York non-for-profit art organization, and worked at Gagosian Gallery with artists such as Tatiana Trouvé, Yayoi Kusama and Andreas Gursky.
